I purchased the ‘premium’ version of this because it promised great customer support and the option to import comments.
Roughly the plugin does what it says, but Facebook Comment importing is not functional. First answer (an access request to my site) to my support question was fast, but after my reply support became dead. My issue was not resolved and creator is not reacting anymore.
There are some way more decent and useable plugins available for free which do the same thing as this one, but look much better and have much better support.
Shame there is no money back guarantee for this plugin.
