Hi,
I think this is a wonderful plugin and it works for most purposes but I’m now using Contact Form Dashboard (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-dashboard/) and it won’t show this in the menu for the shop manager although the role has been updated to do so. This plugin allows the replying to contact form entries from the admin area. Maybe I’m not updating the correct capabilities? Could you please be so kind to advise?
