We have used All in One Security plugin on 100+ websites that are hosted with WP Engine. Now WP Engine has a plan for htaccess deprecation (https://wpengine.com/support/htaccess-deprecation/). However, we are unfamiliar with what all this means and how it will impact the settings we have in place on many of our websites through this security plugin. We are certain there are modifications to the htaccess file from this security plugin on many of the sites because we use features such as blacklist, brute force, block spambots, etc. Are there any recommendations on how to best handle this coming change?
