“Skip posts” doesn’t work

Hello,
I would like to exclude some posts with external links from my settings. If I enter the ID (e.g. 266) for this, nothing happens and the links are still displayed/treated with the settings.

I don’t like the URLs for the entries to be excluded, but rather only individual posts.
