Unable to add a subscriber using the form

Hello,

I use WordPress version 5.9.3 and your plugin ‘Email Subscribers & Newsletters’ version 5.3.14. Without having changed anything, when you try to subscribe the following error message appears “Oops…unable to add subscriber”.

What do you suggest?
