Format billing address

The plugin works fine. I have a question about the format of the billing address on the confirmation email.
After I installed the plugin, last name appears under first name instead of next to it, city under zip code instead of next to it and phone number next to e-mail address instead of below it.
The shipping address is displayed correctly.
Is there somewhere in the plugin (or in the plugin code) a possibility to put the billing address in the correct format?
