Ascii / Encoding problem | Notification received twice

Hi,

• The notification text under the title is not properly encoded as it is displaying &#039 instead of a single quotation mark.
• A second notification is sent when we modify an already published scheduled article (the “Send Push Notification” checkbox is not selected)
