My blog is at http://www.pixata.co.uk, and has been working well for ages. I haven’t posted in a while, and so haven’t looked at the site recently.
I looked at it today, and discovered that none of my featured images are showing. The Network tab of the developer tools shows that they are being loaded from URLs like…
https://i1.wp.com/www.pixata.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/milky-way.jpg?w=1200&ssl=1
…however, this gives a status code of 400.
I don’t remember if they always loaded from that server. I thought they loaded from the same server as the blog itself, so would be of the form…

I haven’t upgraded WP in a while (just doing a backup now so I can), so that’s not the issue.
I checked some other WP blogs, and their featured images seem to load from their own server, not from i2.wp.com.
Anyone any ideas? Thanks
