adjust container jump to tablet point

Hi,
for a layout on a homepage I use a grid 25-50-25 on desktop which goes to 25-75-0 on tablet. But I’m missing an in-between step for laptops that is needed for this layout.
So, is there a way to adjust the breakpoint from desktop to tablet to a higher number, just for this grid on this page?

Also wanted to ask if we can hide a Header Element for non-desktops (GPress), or we need to try this using css?
