ActiveCampaign Field Mapping + Popup Frequency

Plugin looks great. I’m looking forward to getting to know it, and then upgrading to premium. But first the basics…

QUESTION 1: ACTIVECAMPAIGN FIELD MAPPING

We are using the Brave plugin to create a lead form that integrates with ActiveCampaign. I’ve integrated the plugin with my ActiveCampaign account successfully, and if my form only has an email address field, it works fine. The email address goes into ActiveCampaign.

However, I want to add a name to the form, either Full Name or First Name and Last Name. I can’t figure out how to map the Name field in your form to the Full Name field in ActiveCampaign.

Here’s a screenshot of your form builder right after adding an Input Field to the form.
https://prnt.sc/vmnfzd
Notice it’s an input field type of “Text”.

The field defaults to a title and placeholder of Full Name, which are fine. But what do I put for the field name? I have tried FullName, Full_Name and Name, and none of them work. “Full Name” with a space is not a valid name, because you don’t allow spaces in the field names, even though your own placeholder (“Full Name*”) indicates that you do.

In any case, if I build the form this way, I get the email address into ActiveCampaign but no name. It’s totally empty.

So then I changed the field type to Name, but then it adds a second field. There’s apparently no way to say “I want a full name field” because it instantly adds a second field, but the first name part and last name part don’t work the same way. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/vmnk2g

So I still have the same problem: Do I name the fields FirstName & LastName, First_Name and Last_Name or something else? I’ve tried everything I can think of and I still get no Name data into ActiveCampaign.

So my question is: How do I properly define a field in a Brave Form so that Name Data ends up in Active Campaign?

SECOND QUESTION: POPUP FREQUENCY

I’ve added the popup to the home page, which appears to be the only option for the free version. But it shows up for EVERY user EVERY time they go to the home page, even if they submitted the form already. In other words, I can submit the form, refresh the page, and I see the popup again!

Are there any controls to say “Only show the form to a User once a day, and if they submitted the form, do not show it to them any more”? Are there ANY settings for frequency, delay, or anything else in the free version?

It’s totally unusable the way it is.

I look forward to your replies.

Thank you.

P.S. I saw in your Premium Form that someone wrote you should not consider a PLUS sign as invalid for email addresses. Gmail uses plus signs in valid addresses, and you should allow them, too. Thanks.
