$.fancybox undefined with the PRO Plugin

Hello Support,

I am using wc-cancel-order pro and in pro version we have the functionality of adding the cancel reason in the fancybox popup.
when i click on the cancel button, the fancybox popup is not opening and in browser console. i am getting the error as
Uncaught TypeError: $.fancybox is undefined
<anonymous> http://project.blueberry.ie/rethadesigns/cms/wp-content/plugins/wc-cancel-order-pro/js/wc-cancel-order.js?ver=3.2:30

Can anyone help or suggest the solution.
