Hello,
I installed this plugin a month ago. First couple of weeks I received reports from Cleantalk with the spam attacks prevented. The last report with numbers I received on June, 11. All further reports contained zeroes. I thought, it’s great, all spam’s gone. But my website contact forms stopped working too after June,11 (the error is Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.)!
Also, my anti-spam logs are empty in my Cleantalk account, like there were zero spam blocked before.
What I’ve already tried to do before asking for support:
1. Update Cleantalk plugin.
2. Deactivate Cleantalk plugin and try to test contact forms.
Nothing worked.
Please, help to resolve this issue with the website contact forms.
