Unable to add services to new accommodation type

Hello, when I’m creating a new Accommodation Type the PDF instructions for the plugin indicates I should be able to select from the list of “Available Services” which I have set up. However, when setting up the Accommodation Type and get to the “Available Services” section it is greyed out and I don’t see the list of the services which I had set up and should be able to select from?
