No available payment methods for your state

Hi Oscar,

Compliments on the great plugin!
We do have an issue that we cannot solve…
When ordering from South Africa the payment option says:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
We have the shipping zone set for flat rate and free shipping for South Africa.
When disabling the plugin the payment options are available for South Africa also.
What are we doing wrong? Why won’t the payment options show when using the plugin?
Ps. All other countries that have EURO work fine. Uk and Pounds also don;t give a payment option.
