PHP action/filter to add custom URLs to sitemap

Hey there,

I’m researching applicable methods with all WP SEO plugins for adding custom URLs to the generated sitemaps. This would be used for domain hosted third party applications served outside the scope of WordPress page, but still desirable to index.

Does your plugin have a PHP hook that could be used to do this?
