I have been using WordPress and contact form plugins of various permutations for a long time now. Without naming the others, I have had extensive experience with testing and using both free and paid versions of nearly every contact form plugin there is. This plugin is incredible. It comes with Paypal, allows for submissions to be used to gather information in whatever format desired and best of all it’s FREE. It’s better than a lot of the paid plugins. I can’t say enough about CP Contact Form with Paypal. 5 stars!
