Popup Displays Differently with Time Delay vs. Click Trigger

Hi, when I trigger the popup with the timer fucntion, it displays normally. When I trigger the same popup on the same page with a button click, it’s distorted — the embedded video is very tall and covers most of the page top to bottom. Somethings wrong, the popup should be identical regardless of how it’s triggered. Thanks!
