Password reset emails not sent via Postman

Test emails are sending fine through the plugin, but when the user requests a password reset they see the error message ‘The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function’.

Is there a reason these emails aren’t being handled by the plugin, and is there anything I can do about it?
