[WP-Polls] Creating an new independent poll automatically in each article

I want to make a simple and independent poll for each article

I want to embed the poll form to a php template and get it automatically created in a new article page, specifically under last paragraphs in the page, when it was created.
The thing is that I want to take each poll result for each article.

Can I create such a function by WP-Polls ? Any there any alternative ?
Would you please advise ?
