Index.php missed in url when sharing a page

I’ve included the shortcode:
[DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_SOCIAL_ICONS] on a page.

When clicking on the share buttons, Google, I can see that the url is missing the index.php. Facebook sharing gives a page not found error.

I’m getting:
http://smashingwhiteteeth.com/a-fresh-breath

I’m expecting:
http://smashingwhiteteeth.com/index.php/a-fresh-breath

Please advice.
