Duplicate meta desc. and tag title, just a question!

Hy guys! I know there are a lot of thread about it but i still don’t understand how to edit my meta description and so on.

So this is now my situation on GWT:

I want to fix my blog paginations. So i red your post but don’t understand how to do it well

I must modify the title and the meta description of JUST one page and the blog page in specific? I have manually write title and meta of this page. So now, how can i solve for adding the %%page%%?

Can i solve write like this:

title seo: some text some text some text – %%page%%
meta description: some text some text some text – %%page%%

Last question please. Are these settings ok for my blog SEO?
