Property Featured Image automatically changing from square to rectangle

The image I have uploaded for the second image (Upstate Vet Greenville) on the above page is sized at 624×624, yet when you inspect the image shown here, it is automatically being stretched and resized to 610×331.

Can you please epxlain to me what I need to do to make this continue to be a square so it doesn’t look so completely awful on the results screen here.
