I’ve been working on this for about a month now.
I’ve done everything in the support doc online except the direct database upgrade.
I’ve had my hosting provider SiteGround try to help. I contacted the Give facebook group as well.
It’s still stuck on 1 of 3 for the update and the error message:

I also contacted support and they said to escalate the issue to this forum.
