Elementor menu not visible when disconnected

Hello,
I created a custom header including the main menu with Elementor Pro.
If I look at the page when I am logged in (as administrator), the component is well displayed, but if I look at it when I am not connected, the display is different, as if it were missing CSS rules!

The menu was created in an Elementor section. The section contains a logo on the left and the main menu on the right.

May I have help, please?

I love this plugin and is exactly what I needed however the system stopping double votes became very annoying when I tried to use it in conjunction with myCRED, because even when I cleared cache and cookies it still gave me already voted

MailPoet Database Tables Are Getting Huge!

The size of our database has increased dramatically because of MailPoet. The individual tables now account for almost 1GB, the largest being mailpoet_scheduled_task_subscribers, wp_mailpoet_statistics_newsletters, wp_mailpoet_statistics_opens, wp_mailpoet_statistics_clicks and wp_mailpoet_newsletters.

Do we really need to keep all of these records and statistics in the database?

Is there any way to reduce the overall size of the tables in the database?

Please advise.

I moved from using Divi builder as Elementor has nicer websites (in my opinion). The builder is VERY EASY to use, nice UI, so much free video tutorials, that get straight to the point, and give you the answers. A Great Fb community, and loads of 3rd party developers who create nice looking website templates and landing pages to use.
Also Elementor doesn’t slow down your website as Divi does, Divi has too much bloat.

Hi,
I am having trouble figuring out why I get a white screen when I preview my draft after adding in a widget of my choice. I am currently trying to implement a snatchbot.me chatbot into my website as a widget. However, upon saving as a draft and previewing it, some of the content on my homepage disappeared and I am trying very hard figuring out the cause of the problem.

Will Wordfence Interfere?

We have your plugin installed and set to block every country except US and CA. But, due to a mass attempt of attacks on the site, we also enabled Wordfence.

I just got this report from Wordfence…

A user with IP addr 2a03:b0c0:2:f0::11f:3001 has been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Used an invalid username ‘[login]’ to try to sign in.
The duration of the lockout is 4 hours.
User IP: 2a03:b0c0:2:f0::11f:3001
User hostname: 2a03:b0c0:2:f0::11f:3001
User location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

It was not blocked by Cloudguard.

So, is Wordfence to blame? I would hate to turn it off, as the logging is important for us…

Adding onclick conversion tracking to submit button

I need to add some google conversion tracking code to the site and need to add “onclick=”return gtag_report_conversion(‘http://example.com/your-link’);” to the submit button for one of my forms, but I’m not sure of the correct way to this.

Obviously the normal button would be:
[submit class:medium class:blue class:btn class:icon-left class:icon-left-open-big class:submit "Send Details"]

So I replaced this with, so I can actually add the onclick code:

<input type="submit" value="Send Details" class="cuco wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-submit medium blue btn icon-left icon-left-open-big submit" disabled="" onclick="return gtag_report_conversion('http://example.com/your-link');" >
<span class="ajax-loader"></span>

But the problemwith doing it this way is that the button redirect the visitor before the contact forms content is sent.

Does anyone know how this should be done correctly?

Main menu and top header image missing

Hi,

For some months I’ve done only plugins updating. I’ve found out recently that
main menu
top header background image (Customizer-Advanced general-Header image)
website name
was missing.
On mobile too.
And fonts are changed everywhere.

I’ve checked if everything is in place and save again, but noting happened.

Please let me know if you have any solution.
I have WordPress 5.2.2 running Twenty Seventeen theme.

Hello, I want to make the header have a larger width, I increased the height in the custom-header.php but it is not adjusting to the 480px height when I upload the correct image size. Anyone out there that can tell me what I am doing wrong?

This is what it looks like now.

// Set height and width, with a maximum value for the width.
‘height’ => 480,
‘width’ => 960,
‘max-width’ => 2000,

Still it is not showing up correctly.

Under what conditions does the “Require Login Message” show up?

Hello! I installed the Connections plugin because I needed a directory that I can protect from public access. I set up a message to show to non-logged in users, but I can’t make it appear on the website. I have

  1. “Login Required” setting checked
  2. Both “Shortcode Visibility Overrides” unchecked
  3. A page with the [connections] shortcode on it (no parameters.)
  4. That same page set as the Connections page under the Connections settings
  5. Two entries, one set to public, one set to private (just for testing.)

When I’m logged in, both entries show up. When I’m logged out, neither show up (as expected), but my custom Require Login Message doesn’t show up, and instead shows “No Results.” I tried a few different variations of settings, but no matter what, I can’t find the right conditions for the Require Login Message to appear. What am I doing wrong?

Registration after update not working

Hello!
After an update of ultimate member, the registration is not working anymore. I use the latest version of wordpress with the latest version of the divi theme. I deactivated all other plugins – without any result. After sending the filled out form, the page is loading again – not redirect to the login page. The admin gets an empty mail without user info. No new user appears in the backend. Can anyone help?

While development, we come across many issues regarding their plugins. That was depressing but The way their support react was awesome and They fixed all our issues.
