Using custom landing page with Agama

I created a custom template that does not contain any header, footer, sidebar, etc.

I also created a custom landing page in HTML that uses this template.

I am unable to select this page as the static front page of my Agama free theme.
I am only seeing all pages that use the default theme as options to select from.

Is there a workaround to this?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
