Change product’s picture on 1 variation when multiple variation enabled

Hello, I would like to know how to allow enable product’s picture change when only 1 variation is selected, and not all variations.

Example
1st variation = shape
2nd variation = size
3rd variation = color

Actually, product’s picture well changed after user has selected these 3 variations
I would like to have the same result after user selected the 1st variation
