For version 7.6.1 and 7.7 I am getting a strange error on multiple sites. I have updated the plugin so it is showing the latest version, but it continues to show that a new version is available. No matter how many times I try to update it continues to show that I need to update. I have the Yoast plugin installed on 44 websites, but I only have this problem on 36 (for reasons I don’t understand).
I have been waiting for 7.7 to arrive so it would hopefully sort itself out, but after updating to 7.7 the problem remains.
