Hello,
I recently took over a wordpress site and am still learning the ropes.
Some users have reported problems visiting our site from a google search page. Sometimes it partially loads or not at all.
They can access sub pages that appear in google search but not home page http://www.edenwhalefestival.com, they can also access by visiting the site if it is saved in their browser. This is occurring on Chrome, Foxfire and EE.
I attempted to access the site from the link on our facebook page and it would not load.
I am not sure how long this issue has been going on for but 1 month ago when the website was handed over we also changed our web hosting to Webcity and it is possible it happened at that time but maybe not.
We have 13 plugins and they have been updated regularly except for W3 Total Cache which is not currently activated.
Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is a volunteer gig and they do not have the budget to hire a expert.
