Hello there,
Comments are a major part of my website and I’m having some trouble with Jetpack Comments: commenters aren’t getting any confirmation message when they comment (I wonder why?), therefore when newcomers’ comments are automatically set as pending, they don’t even know what happened; the page just reload after the comment is posted — and as the comments are moderated, there’s no way of those who are not familiarized with WP to know if the content was lost or is out there somewhere. Some of them are commenting twice in a row because of this. I like Jetpack Comments and its features and I’d like to keep it… So one possible solution that I found was installing Yoast Comment Hacks since it gives the option to redirect first time commenters to another page — new commenters would be redirected to a page explaining how comments work and old ones would have their comments approved right away by default. The problem is, Yoast plugin only redirects them when I disable Jetpack Comments. Is there any way to fix this that I couldn’t see?
Thank you very much,
Lucas.
