Aletring the “Read More” Display Name

Hello,

Any way to include the weird people letters like ē ā and so on? As in “Lasīt Vairāk”, for example?

Or is that possible already and I am just missing something and the plugin by some mistake reverts it to “Lasit Vairak” without the weird people letters?

(Changing it via SFTP)
