When you click on the link to show the Service Box Pro demo in the designer it links to Accordian Pro.
Example http://demo.wpshopmart.com/accordion-pro/tabs-pro-13/
Also on the bottom of the designer it says “Tabs Pro Shortcode” instead of “Service Box Pro”
