Table prefix change doesn’t apply to view definitions

Hi,

I love your plugin and use it with all my clients. However, I just ran into an issue that I did not expect. When changing the table prefixes, it broke a view created by an Affiliate plugin. I had to manually run alter view to get it to work, as the view definition was still pointing to the old table prefixes.

I hope you get to address this asap, even though not that many installs use views.
