AMP-ified Category Page throws 404

Hello,

Google complains about the category page (well and in fact the post as well) throwing a 404. The Category page at least 404s, while the actual post redirects to the classic desktop page
https://233.tattoo/news/schaufenster-neu-beklebt/amp/

Static pages work just fine.
https://233.tattoo/how-to/tattoo-stechen/amp/

I don’t know if thats a compatibility issue with Yoast SEO? I disabled AMP in Yoast completely because I have your plugin.
