I will give a general description of the problem here, but it might require a copy of the workspace to figure out what is really happening.
I have a dialogue which displays text formatted as an unordered list. There are 4 items in the list. It is triggered by recognizing an intent. If there is a new session, with no contexts set, when the dialog is triggered, the list is displayed correctly. Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/T3kd111
However, if the dialogue is triggered as a follow-up to another another in which an entity value is set, then the first item in the list is not displayed.

This used to work correctly, so something changed on the back end within the past few weeks. I can provide details here or can send a json file. I can also provide a URL, but prefer not to display that URL publicly
