I set up this plugin on one site and it works great. Now I’ve put it on another site and the icon is not showing up. When I scroll down, the window opens and seems to work fine otherwise. It’s a custom icon and I just tried using the default and I do see it so I thought it was a size issue. But it does work on my other site and the size is the same for both. 23KB 178 X 200. Any ideas?
