what is difference between resetpass and lostpassword pages?

Hi Sir,

I have installed latest version of Theme My Login plugins on my website, and noticed that a few pages are created by the plugins automatically. Two of them are:

http://www.mydomain.com/resetpass/
http://www.mydomain.com/lostpassword/

But the first one does not work and is redirected to:

http://www.mydomain.com/lostpassword/?error=invalidkey

and even the second page does not work at all.

What is the correct passcode for each page?

Can you please advise how to fix these issues?
