Gravity Forms Disappear with Above the Fold Optimization

Hi,

I’m using the plugin along with WP Fastest Cache Pro and noticed that 2 things were happening:

• The Google Maps api was no longer showing a map on a contact page
• Gravity Forms on specific pages were no longer showing on all pages. Out of 3 forms with GF only 1 was showing but was able to resolve this by deactivating the plugin until I get this figured out

Any ideas or help on Google Maps or Gravity Forms not showing?
