Doesnt display on home page

Hi, the cookie consent message no longer appears on our homepage, it does however appear on subsequent pages.

Due to GDPR we have had to update both the Woocommerce Storefront theme and WordPress and it maybe that one of these updates broke the homepage display.

From memory the message HAS displayed on the home page before. We don’t have first page only or selectively display options set and WP and browser caches have been cleared.

Any advice would be appreciated.
