Meta-information in HomePage

Hello.

I cannot change my homepage meta-title and meta-description. There isn’t a option to change it in the theme optins, neither by the Yoast Plugin (It seems the Yoast doens’t identify the homepage).

There is this link “Você pode determinar o título e a descrição da página inicial editando a página inicial diretamente »” bur when I click on it, I am redirected to the same page (nothing happens).

Can I change it somehow? The 5 stars are waiting for this!
