Something has happened to this plugin to break templates. Clearly Amazon doesn’t care, but I found a small workaround. This will only work if you have access to your site’s CSS.
The plugin is looking for your template at: yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/amazon-associates-link-builder/template/templatename.css
If you view the source of your web site and search for “associates-link-builder” you should find the link to the CSS it wants for the template.
Go to that link, get the CSS, copy/paste it into your site’s CSS. This way, the template’s styles will be available to the browser.
Don’t know what happened to break this plugin and Amazon is clearly not supporting it, but maybe that helps someone. Good luck.
