I noticed something strange – this plugin works fine. However it does not appear on the first page – it appears on all other pages except the first one. But the strange thing is that if I am logged in as admin in WordpRess the notice appears on the first page – but disappers as soon as I am logged out.
Please, can you help? Thanks.
