When a plug-in disappeared, I couldn’t reload it because it existed in the directory
Everyone from the plug-in provider to the webhost technicians told me the only way to fix the issue was through a complicated login process to the ftp … etc, then look for folder and delete, but alas, my user name and password couldn’t or wouldn’t open or access the ftp file … I’ve struggled with this problem for days, the plug-in author has struggled to correct the issue and eventually, the web host technical department declared that the procedure “can’t be done”
I installed this plug-in File Manager earlier today and within two minutes, I found the offending folder and deleted it. After reinstalling, all is back and working. Therefore, for solving this problem which technician declared “can’t be done” and saving me from a complete nervous breakdown, I rate this File Manager plug-in as five stars – but it deserves 50!
