Bank transfer part payment records

hello,

we offer our customers a bank transfer (offline payment) options.

our customers will often pay the incorrect amount. for example, for a $45 item, they will pay $43

so we then contact them and ask for to pay the remaining $2

we would like to keep track of the payment dates and amounts in woocommerce.
