Save Uploaded Files to Specified Folder

Hi,

Recently purchased Smart Forms. I have been unable to find out how to change the default upload directory.

I will be uploading secure files so I want them to be saved in a separate folder. For example wp-content/secure/

Ideally I want the user-name to a part of the path.

For example wp-content/secure/user1/file1.txt

Also, in the database, the uniq_id is always equal to NULL. Is there a fix for this?
