I forgot to change the payment method to renew my subscription and it failed, I’ve been trying for two days to get this sorted and have had no response from the paid support. Please contact me and let me know how I can pay you, at the moment the site isn’t working but on your system it shows I still have an active subscription and won’t let me pay!
