How do you get posts to show/connect in an article?

Hi there,

I am trying to create this type of page on a site that I am re-working.

As you can see those are all posts. I have created a footer link for articles here.

But, what I don’t know is how to:

Create a pages section for so that it links to the posts in the posts area of the site.

I know how to ad a url for the footer text, but not how to create the article pages.
