Search and filter by excluding selections

Hi- Creating a recipe website. Need help with the search recipes functionality.

I plan on giving users an option to include and also exclude ingredients like in this image link :https://imgur.com/a/Zho3txi . See yellow highlighted sections.

Questions:

1. Can this be achieved either using essential grid or thegrid ? i plan on using grid plugins for displaying recipe posts, so a grid based solution would be great. Both grids allow to filter by categories (include) but not sure about exclude.

2. If not grid, what are my other options? any other plugin you can think of ?
