Can’t add image to post.

I’m trying to add a post but it’s not letting me add an image nor is it showing any of the images that were previously uploaded in the media library. The image uploads but doesn’t actually add to the post and it doesn’t show in the media library but image can be seen in uploads folder in wp-content.
