The page below mentions a jetpack widget that could get user consent for cookies. But I can’t seem to find the widget. Where might it be?

Or perhaps this is old and you have new recommendations for dealing with GDPR? Is there a way for Jetpack to have a banner come up requiring consent in order to use the website? That would be really great. Seems like Jetpack has the most global understanding of wordpress to be able to do this. Hopefully only for EU users.
If not, do you have any suggestions?
