Hi there, we have 2 sites that have issues with wp-admin and white screens.
We can’t get in wp-admin, but if we add wp-admin/widgets.php then we get on the Widget page.
But within the Dashboard some items work (for example the admin bar, adding a new page or post, Customizer, Widgets) and some items don’t (like all pages, all posts, menu, themes, settings). Even BeaverBuilder works in a new page of post.
Error log doesn’t work, shows up empty.
Disabling plugins, disabling themes, wp-config changes… it all doesn’t work.
Surfing to: wp-admin/plugins.php did work but now doesn’t.
The site is working fine.
So, anyone any clues? The sites are installed on servers who are managed by IT specialists who don’t know a thing about WordPress. The sites did work, but recently didn’t. It affected only on sites running on their server.
Sites (+75) hosted on our own VPS systems work fine. But they say it’s a WP issue… i recon it’s blocked scripts or something. The problem is that in Console i can not see any issue since there is no code on the white pages.
I am out of options, i really don’t have a clue with my 10+ years WP experience (and dealt with a lot of issues). Is there someone who has an idea?
